Evening Primrose Oil contains both Gamma-Linolenic Acid (9% GLA) and Cis-Linoleic Acid which are essential polyunsaturated fatty acids that naturally occur in EPO.
These essential fatty acids are necessary components of all body cells, but not found in commonly consumed foods.
It is suggested that a minimum of 3% of a daily caloric intake of healthy adults should be derived from essential fatty acids like Cis-Linoleic Acid and Gamma-Linolenic Acid which perform many vital functions and are necessary for proper cellular metabolism.




As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel daily or as directed by a physician.
